When we came to the Hot Tub Depot, we had already attended two Hot Tub fairs at the local fairgrounds and we cannot express to you how your presentation and pricing to us was a breath of fresh air. When you first started explaining to us all the benefits and options available to us while walking through each of the models on your floor,  we were immediately impressed.  We loved the fact that you also started with the highest possible price – with everything included and then told us that the price could come down if we wanted to remove any of the options.  This is a great sales strategy because then your customers don’t have to wonder what any of the extras would cost or what surprises there would be. Needless to say, we were so impressed we bought the hot tub. Within weeks, the hot tub arrived and was installed perfectly.  Your installation team (especially John) was outstanding and asked us several questions so that the installation went flawlessly. We have been enjoying the tub through all seasons since. As you can see from our pictures, it is a great tub and we recommend you to anyone who asks by telling them that you can’t get a better price or a better team to work with.
